Exercise


Exercising our bodies during a detox is helpful for multiple reasons. First, it helps to circulate and eliminate the toxins and minimizes common cleansing side effects like headaches and low spirits. Second, we are less likely to feel deprived of our normal comfort foods while engaged in activity. Finally, fresh air and deep breathing help clear more toxins through our respiratory system.
